I combine breath work, sound therapy, personal energy readings, and shamanic journeying with the spirit medicine of organic herbal tea to create spiritual ceremonies that will take you on a journey of self-RE discovery, and help you to connect with your higher self and reconnect with the fragmented aspects of your soul.

Entheogen Use in Spirituality
The truth about the Spirit of plants:
Neurobiologists have discovered that plants have rudimentary neural nets and the capacity for primary perceptions. Some plants even know when ants are coming towards them to steal their nectar and have mechanisms to close up when they approach.
Entheogens are plants and fungi that contain psychedelic compounds capable of inducing a trance or visionary state when consumed. Their use is a big part of some types of traditional shamanism.
Psychedelic plants and fungi hold all of the wisdom of nature within them, so they have the capacity to harm or heal. A qualified, trained spiritualist or shamanic healer will only attempt to use them with a calm, clear state of mind, in safe, peaceful, natural surroundings.
In some cultures, psychedelic plants may be given to people in need of healing. The healer sings medicine songs to activate the power of the plants and guide the subject through the healing process.
It’s the shaman’s responsibility to go in search of the cause of illnesses or issues. Once diagnosed, the shaman can then seek out a cure. Soul retrieval is another means of shamanic healing. People who’ve lost a piece of themselves in a traumatic event can suffer from unexplained issues for years after the fact. Returning the lost portion of their soul can help these problems resolve.
In many cultures, men and women that served as tribal healers, shamans, medicine men or women, sangomas, and other types of traditional healers had a deep understanding of the use of these plants singularly and/or in combination. These “herbalists” served as spiritual guides and dream interpreters and led many sacred ceremonies where the use of psychoactive plants played an integral role in burial rituals, rites of passage, healing rituals, vision quests, and purification rituals.
Using psychoactive plants, shamans had the power to enter trances, combat evil spirits and disease, communicate with ancestors, prevent famine, and control weather (rain dances). Within the plant-induced visions and trances, the shaman was able to comprehend the spirit world and the real world and maintain the balance between the two.
Prayers were offered to the spirits to whom these holy plants belonged. For some, the plant itself was a god or provided a way to god.
